How would you describe the dynamics among your employees, and do your corporate team photos capture that?
When we photograph corporate teams, the team dynamics become obvious very quickly. This corporate team is a strong one, a well-oiled machine.
How would you describe your team?
Our company is small–two FTEs and 7 1099s–but even we have team dynamics. To name a few: shared purpose, trust, willingness to examine mistakes, interdependence and independence, inclusion.
We also have plenty of room to improve. One of the things we’ll focus on in 2023 is clearer delineation of duties and a system of checks and balances to reduce the danger of anything dropping through the cracks.
